Hello Samsung Team India,
I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M31s on Oct-2020 from Amazon, in Jan 2022 after applying latest update the phone suddenly started restarting in loop and screen freeze issue. I visited service center and had to replace motherboard. suddenly yesterday(Aug. 2022)when I saw my mobile it got turned off automatically and while starting on it was showing Boot screen "Samsung Galaxy M31s logo screen" , and nothing happening, I have tried to do force stop and restart. But, nothing work, everytime it will stuck to that screen. After some time when I put into for charging but its shows on charging logo without any percentage and stuck on the same screen and nothing happening since then.
Please let us know why this is happening. There is no rough usage, physical damage or any other damage. In every 6months or 1year should we go for motherboard replacement? First time the motherboard was damaged and next time withing 6months again????How come after replacing a motherboard it only worked for 6months? So many users are facing this issue. It signifies that product is only at fault. I trust Samsung to take responsibility for this.
My phone is not turning on. Safe mode is also not opening. Noting is working now.its completely dead.only when i put it on charge it shows the round circle with flash icon for charging without any percentage.
In January i faced phone screen freeze issue and service center replaced the motherboard. Its been 6months and again this issue. Now too they will suggest to replace motherboard only. I dont want to spend my hard earned money on this.
I also have the same problem for m31s and this is prevalent problem for more than 50k m31 or m31s users. This is a fail from Samsung end and becoz they are not being caught they feel they can easily claim that there is no problem ans walk away. Now they will say to chance the chip for 9k INR for 3 months warranty on that which will eventually fry up in a year.
Please raise a consumer forum case and becoz Indian consumer forum is political too, they will say if not in warranty they don't care. So please complain about the resolution provided doesn't have an RCA and remedy for long term. Get the docket number as well, I have connect with a lawyer. Will soon be registering a Class Action Lawsuit, please let's connect so that we can collate all user's and get the remedy. Samsung cannot cripple us by making us pay 20k plus money for crapshit
