I am doing that right now, but they are not accepting. My device's m31s motherboard was replaced by service center in Jan2022 due to the auto restart and screen freeze issue. Now since last week its stuck on the logo screen.
In January i faced phone screen freeze issue and service center replaced the motherboard. Its been 6months and again this issue. Now too they will suggest to replace motherboard only. I dont want to spend my hard earned money on this.
My phone is not turning on. Safe mode is also not opening. Noting is working now.its completely dead.only when i put it on charge it shows the round circle with flash icon for charging without any percentage.
