The android 10 update was made available to this device on 16th march this year. After the update most of the users are facing some kind of issues though I haven't updated my device to android 10 yet I am still facing some of the problems after the last update in android 9 which was the march security patch. The problems are following

The phone heats up abnormally. there is heating and there is abnormal heating. some people will say its due to network or ambient temperature rise.. yes that is normal but since I am using this device for almost seven months now I can tell that this device never used to heat up like that. everyone knows that if you use the phone the processor will heat up but the kind of heat is generating now that is abnormal and needs to be fixed. and those abysmal heat uses a lot of juice to be generated and as an obvious consequence that triggers to battery to be drained.

Now what to notice is that while charging the phone heats up too much that is true but that heat is not coming from the phone's bettery rather the upper part of the phone which consists mother board that portion is heating up so may be its the processor or ram that is generating the heat which is obviously a software issue and should be addressed. And as the heat is not coming out of the thin air it is using a significant amount of energy from the supplied power and for that lesser amount of current is provided to the battery which is again causing it to charge slowly.

I am using the phone with two sim cards from the very first day(jio and bsnl) and I keep my bsnl sim in 2g only mode because I only ise that sim for calling purposes and keeping one sim card in 2g only mode always saves battery. Now here comes the twist. for some reasons I was using my bsnl sim in an another phone for some days and that time I installed the march security patch update. At that time I was using this phone with only jio. and after a few days I again inserted my bsnl sim into this phone and I littery with a few hours felt that the battery consumption has increased and the phone is heating up more than normal. Now again I used the phone with one sim for a few hours it again came back to its previous state and after putting the sim back it again started misbehaving. Now somone could say that using two sim cards will consume more battery beacuse the phone had to serch for signls and that way resources are used more. yes that is true but hence I am using this phone with two sim cards from the very first day it never consumed this much of battery and never generated this much of heat like it doing now with the same two sims. So In my opinion the software somewhere lacks optimization.

Though someone may suggest that as I am still in android 9 updating to android 10 may solve this issue for them I want to say that no It doesn't. rather the new version has lot more problems than this does. and I have already done with factory reset, cache cleaning and all kinds of those noob troubleshooting so dont say me again to do that.

I am writing this essay kind of post just to ensure that developers may take a look at this and address this issues and  I request that If anybody has any kind of internal connection with the developers please forward them this request of mine. I hope I made myself clear. Thank you

at this moment that will not help beacuse the log will say that I am still using android 9 even though a major software update is available so by protocol they will just say me to update my device which practically will worsen the things
