Samsung refused to replace my screen with green line.

Citing paints wearing off on a 2.5 year old phone, samsung refused to replace screen on my phome free of cost. The green line which appeared due to fault of them is a no issue for them. I have filed a complained National Consumer Helpline. Lets see what happens. But whatever, samsung is losing a customer has a samsung ecosystem and recommends people their devices, this stops today.

dont trust service centre and samsung customer support . apko kuch dents jo na ke barabar hoga uska hawala dekar replace nahi karega.ismein 7din tak customer support wale time pass karengae jo  mein bhi bhugat raha hu .agar replace karnae ki niyat hoti tho wo koi bahana nahi banakar sidhae replace kartae .mainae unsae damage impact jo unhone mention kiya tha mail mein   uska image mail karnae ko bola tha jo aab tak mail kar nahi paa rahe hai ......samsung customer ka bharosa tod raha hai ..agar premium phone lena ho tho apple hi badhiya choice hai aab mujhae lag raha hai . ek premium phone jo usi company ke update se display mein green line issue aa jati hai aur wo company replace karnae mein bahana banati hai tho samaj lo us  company ko customer ki koi fikr nahi hai...

Day before yesterday It started coming for my device (s22 ultra) as well, And now I visit samsung service center and they say I have to pay for screen replaced, offer was only in April. Most intresting is it came right infront of my eyes when I was using my device.

After talking to their customer care they say we do not know it might be due to you mistake, well atleast they should first check it. If they did it in april then definitely its mistake at their end. Were devices came up in april are from some another kind of galaxy and we who are facing after that are from dumpyard?

Well i've been using samsung devices for past 12 years if they do not do it its best for me to ditch them.
