Galaxy MI bought samsung M31 on 31st August 2020. the phone was slow at the setting option only from the day first (whenever i searched content in settings it took lot of time to search). the phone is dead on 30th april 2020. i updated the software which is recommended by the SAMSUNG. after few days the phone was getting little slow. at one day the restarted itself several times. so i reset my SAMSUNG M31. and the phone started. next morning when i woke up the phone is switched off or dead. Then i Visited the samsung service center they informed me that my phone mother board is dead so i need to pay 8 k approx to replace mother board. i was shocked that i was not heavy user of the phone how the mother board can be dead!!!
Then i called the Customer care center (Reference number: 1176776744) they told me that they can't help in it and i need to pay motherboard replacement charges ( 8K approx.) . So basically my motherboard of phone was damaged because of samsung update and they refused to compensate it. I was very disappointed because i purchased the SAMSUNG M31 in exchange of my old phone of REALME-2 PRO. After using 3.5 years my REALME 2 Pro was very well working. and this SAMSUNG M31 is sucked in 1.5 years what type of phone SAMSUNG is manufacturing. The Worst experience i will never suggest to anyone to purchase samsung products. Now i am saying "products" because i also faced such situation in SAMSUNG AC.
