Samsung m52 not get 5g software update

Samsung m52 5g not got 5g software update. And I talk to customer care of samsung. HE Said to go to samsung service center. 

I hate samsung. Because I purchase samsung m52 5g 8gb ram in 28000 rupees. And not working 5g network. sim
