my phone got green line and so do other thousands of customers with same model, and everyone is complaining on their SAMSUNG MEMBER APP community but whole samsung is numb on it, As I have also complained to their toll free number they asked me to Get phone check and send JOBSHEET of the phone ,but after that no contacts which they asked to call on is working and no reply to Emails is done , and the worst thing is for their manufacturing defect I have to pay HALF price of phone to get my Display repaired and So I have to visit service center 60 +60 K.M from my home .
WORST company ever and I will say my friends too not buy buy any SAMSUNG DISPLAY UNIT having amoled display as they last only year.

I have already done that and also submitted the JOBSHEET created by service center, but after that they are not replying to mail and on calling they are saying your issues is being processed from two week and the First person call me and sent me the mail was totally spam as his EXTENSION number isn't working and the mail for senior given was also doesn't exist. Samsung is becoming #SHAMEsung

I had the same problem but with a pink line. After i wrote to ceo mail, they called me and i had to send job sheet. After which i got transferred to another section who finally authorised a free display replacement (after a lot of calls). If they are not responding to you for 2 weeks, write to ceo mail again and warn them that you would file a complaint in the consumer court. It would probably give your case a priority.

Also tag them in twitter. In my case there wasnt much lag, i got a call almost once every two days from filing complaint until the submission of phone for display replacement. Usually they tell you when they will call back.

I don't use twitter but many have complained ,I will wait for few days more and file legal complain with proof

They are doing only for S20 but mine is M52, Samsung accepted to repair S20 for three years

S20 and Note 20 had free replacement policy upto 30th Sept 2023 which has ended. The post I have shared is about national consumer app which can be done if Samsung does not replace the display for free.
