Green line / Pink line issue in Galaxy M52 5g

I have a 2 year old Galaxy M52 5g. Suddenly a green line appeared in my phone when I was scrolling Instagram. I went on a call with Samsung customer care and they suggested some trouble shooting and I performed all and nothing changed. I went to a nearby service centre and they said I have to bear the cost. Even I said that there is no physical damage in the phone and everything is working fine. They simply said that only S23, S24 and S23 FE is under our policy for repair.
Also if I get screen replaced with my money and green line appears they will have the same policy and they won't repair next time as well.
Such a bad experience that brand like Samsung is not accepting such major issues and throwing it on customers. Better to have phones where company recognised the issue and are offering repairs like OnePlus.

I would recommend waiting for community feedback before updating your device.
Everywhere similar issue so I decided to switch to the auto update on my Galaxy device and now plan to check community feedback and YouTuber reviews before installing any updates.

Same issue in my m52 also, there is no difference b/w market leaders and others , so it better to look for cheaper alternatives because service experience remains same in both.

Same issue with my phone as well, its very bad experience with Samsung. Me and my family will never purchase any Samsung goods again.
