Samsung M31S Struck and hang and auto restart problem

I don't know what's the  problem with these Samsung mobiles now a days.

After 12 update the mobiles restarts automatically for several times a day min 30-40 times .

When approached service center they are simply saying mother board problem .

Even same problem arrived in the 1st month of my purchase then also same reason .

Sudden without doing anything how can a mother board get spoiled.

Guys please don't buy Samsung and please don't update to 12 .

It will better if any modifications done in next update.

After update performance changed, camera quality decreased and many more.

Go to hard reset menu and do Format Cache partition.

I got fixed that same problem by reballing the CPU it cost me 2000
