My Samsung Galaxy M52 5G suddenly started showing Green Line from 05/Aug/24,but it is not damaged in any way. I could figure out from recently updated apps from Google Play Store is Google WiFi Provisioner app could be the culprit or July security patch update any other System app update as others are reporting.

Samsung must provide solution for it free of cost as per it's Goodwill.

Every step performed for Restarting device, resetting it, uninstalled recently updated apps, but no luck !

Down here Mr prime have also given good approach(Twitter) follow this as legal process have delays.

You can also get free replacement if your smartphone name is not in list But you'll have to follow some steps and that will took more patience and time.

Capture a picture of your smartphone and post on twitter with proper explanation and tag Samsung and Samsung India.
After wait for sometime, you will be asked to share your contact info in message after that one of the member will directly coordinate with you.
He will ask you to submit your smartphone to service center and they can't refuse.if they refuse directly call that authorised person. service center will dignose your smartphone and send the report to Samsung directly. After your phone's display would be replaced free of cost.

It may take around 15 days

Samsung Service Center, L P Savani Road, Adajan, Surat bluntly denied to fix the issue...asking huge money of ₹ 7500 to change the display.

No more Samsung!


Last time for my F55, they asked to change Mother board for software Update issues !

Samsung, the third grade company with lowest value Customer Service!

It is the first instance when Your Customer Care should inspect the device thoroughly..

On reception, they have just taken device in the hand and returned back saying this model M52 is not eligible for screen replacement.

Now what is the guarantee that when I visit it, they will not give same treatment again ? And my visit will not go in vain?

Last impression made the difference among Customers here and in store, remember it !
