Animation and auto restart issue after one ui 6.0 june security patch update

I want to know that mygalaxy m13 6,128gb have no issue regards animation (according to an 16k smartphone) but after updating it to latestJune 2024 security patch update I am getting auto restarts and animation lagging.

The same problem occurred with my m42 phone. Samsung declined repairs and asked me to pay for a bug they sent to my mobile. I disowned m42. Stay from samsung lower budget phones. They are very unreliable.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

Galaxy device auto restart issue: Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

There are two methods to disable the auto restart function.
1- Tap on Settings> General management>Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled)> Auto restart disabled.
2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

Galaxy device animation lagging issue: Kindly check the space on your device:
Path: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage
To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space.

Kindly check the RAM in your device:
Path: Settings > Battery and Device Care > Memory
The device's RAM should be free to improve performance. So clear the RAM once a day.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Tap on Settings>Device Care> Storage> Clean Now.

Is there any unnecessary application running in the background?
Kindly close the background running applications in the device (Tap the left side key & close the background running application).

Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications: Settings> Apps> Select the third-party application from Apps> Uninstall.

If you enabled Power Saving Mode, Power saving mode limits the performance of the device. So we recommend disabling the Power Saving mode in your device.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

My f23 5g was also restarting automatically after one ui 6.1 update. Service center people said to replace motherboard which costs 10k and ive bought this phone for 15k. Restarting has stopped now but when I restart manually it gets restarting continously. And my wifi and hotspot no longer work. Many samsung F and M series phones are facing same problem but samsung is not looking into it. They themselves ruining their brand value. I'll never buy samsung 😤
