Samsung Galaxy M32 4G Restart Problem

From last 4 to 5  days...the device sometimes restart automatically even when I am using the device...auto restart is off and auto optimization is off  too. 

Does anyone know the solution and reason to this problem ?

Is it happening after a software/security update? If so wait for the next software update. Did you install any new app ? Boot in safe mode and check if the device is working fine. Another option is factory reset.

No. This is either an OS level problem, which may resolve after a hard reset. I don't have anything to backup my data, so I can't do that. Or, it's a hardware level problem, which may or may not resolve by update. It may need a motherboard replacement. I think it's a firmware problem, because it wasn't happening before the Android 12 update. Samsung needs to seriously check and review their OTA updates before releasing.

This is happening to me too. Restarting 2 3 times in a day. This is happening g after August Update. This is utterly rubbish from Samsung.
