Galaxy MGot an update for the M30s today . update was the ANDROID 10-ONEUI 2.0
Downloaded the update and performed the installation.
The phone rebooted after installation and then DID NOT BOOT UP.
IT IS STUCK ON THE SAMSUNG LOGO.
TRIED TO ENTER RECOVERY MODE. (using the volume up and power button). IT JUST BOOTS UP AND BACK ON THE SAMSUNG LOGO.
Any thing to be done here to get this out of the crapy situation .
Samsung is getting **bleep**.

Galaxy Mi couldnt do the fsctory reset. as it was getting back to the samsung logo screen.
But i did find out another way to do the reset.
i got the same problem.. here is what i did.
i connected the phone to my charger .
now i press the VOLUME DOWN and POWER together and the phone reboots and then shows the percentage of chargeing.
NOW disconnect the charger.
and now perform the RECOVERY MODE .(press VOLUME UP and POWER together).
PHONE WILL ENTER the RECOVERY MODE and give you options to reset, wipe out data.
Thats the way to recover the phone.
