SAMSUNG GALAXY M30S - UPDATE PROBLEM-PHONE STUCK ON SAMSUNG LOGO AFTER REBOOT

Got an update for the M30s today . update was the ANDROID 10-ONEUI 2.0

Downloaded the update and performed the installation.

The phone rebooted after installation and  then DID NOT BOOT UP.

IT IS STUCK ON THE SAMSUNG LOGO.

TRIED TO ENTER RECOVERY MODE. (using the volume up and power button). IT JUST BOOTS UP AND BACK ON THE SAMSUNG LOGO.

Any thing to be done here to get this out of the crapy situation .

Samsung is getting **bleep**.

Hi,

I followed the above instructions, but it doesn't go to the recovery mode. Once the power button and volume keys are pressed, it restarts, but when all keys released and vol up key pressed, it goes back to the logo screen. Am I missing something here? Please help.

after releasing all keys press power button along with volume up and then it reboots again. then you release only power button.

ok..great..now to the recovery screen...which option do I go for? Can i save the data on the device or will it have to be wiped out? Pl. give step by step instruction. You havebeen a life savor here..more power to you!

I think there is no option to save data. go for wipe data reset
