SAMSUNG GALAXY M30S - UPDATE PROBLEM-PHONE STUCK ON SAMSUNG LOGO AFTER REBOOT

Got an update for the M30s today . update was the ANDROID 10-ONEUI 2.0

Downloaded the update and performed the installation.

The phone rebooted after installation and  then DID NOT BOOT UP.

IT IS STUCK ON THE SAMSUNG LOGO.

TRIED TO ENTER RECOVERY MODE. (using the volume up and power button). IT JUST BOOTS UP AND BACK ON THE SAMSUNG LOGO.

Any thing to be done here to get this out of the crapy situation .

Samsung is getting **bleep**.

I faced the same issue today (30th March 2020) morning :(( … Thanks a lot for your post on how to fix it. I would have been stuck otherwise and thanks to the Covid19 lockdown, I wouldn't have been able to get it checked. I ought to have taken a backup but I trusted SAMSUNG way too much I guess.  Its credibility is at stake and I wouldn't invest in a Samsung mobile again :((

samsung m30s stucking on logo I did factory reset and visted service centre there is no solutions wat should j do know

faced the same problem n issue is resolved now bt from now onwards the one big question is raises shall we update our phones or not???
