Restart issue resolved!

->>Go to home screen and press volume down key and Power key untill android logo appears it will take 7 to 10 seconds ,hold until that. 

->>conect the cable to mobile and laptop/pc now switch off the mobile and hold and press volume up key and power key until android logo appears ,now clear the cache partition memory by using volume rocker keys and select with power key then reboot the mobile
