My samsung galaxy M14 5G suddenly restarts any time. How to resolve this? Please help

Device care, disable auto restart

Turn off Auto Optimization first,
Back up all data and do factory reset (if possible).

Kindly reset factory data without backup of apps also turn off Auto restart in device care, then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

There are two methods to disable the auto restart function
1- Tap on Settings> General management>Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled)> Auto restart disabled.
2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

Reset settings: Tap on Settings>General Management> Reset and then tap on Reset settings.

Worst phone ever. It was good for 4 to 5 months and after that it is heating too much due to which is low down the brightness automatically and shift network to 4g from 5g

Its the worst i have ever experienced from samsung and customer service also not doing anything
It is geeting heated up in normal task also and geeting brightness low automatically and shifting network to 4g worst phone dont recommend it
