Hi Samsung,
I want to let you know that I'm appreciating your effort against the green line issue in the your company smartphones. You have decided to make a replacement of screen for S series smartphones. But here the concern what I'm having is what about other series of samsung mobiles?. Every one are paying for their mobile they are buying and this resolution must be applied to each every model of your brand right?. But why you are giving only of the S series.? Do other series are given to tbe customers for free of cost or is there any other reason for that?. This is something like your brand has some partiality toward the customers. This is some thing shouldn't happen. Your effort is priceless, but your intention is the only thing that is questioned here.
Coming to my scenario, I have bought samsung m52 5g mobile for 30000 rs. But after two to two and a half Years, I have got a green line issue suddenly. Bit when I reached to the customer service center, they are saying the same thing like , we don't know what is the issue, but you have to replace the display from your pocket. Like this the service agent is saying to the customer. I don't know why the service centers are always putting a whole on the customers pocket. So Coming to the manufacturing company, do they think like they can produce the smartphone like anything without quality just for the reason that people are buying. Moreover is this a way to talk to the customer who are coming to the service center. So this must be stopped and please provide the replacement for all the smartphones series for your brand and that will help other also. Or else SAMSUNG is one of the biggest and leading brand, that will be collapsed if this continues. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

I understand bro ..... but samsung don't care I think no one see members posts from samsung too ... post it in twitter ... so that more people can also express their issues .... atleast then may be they will react...
