Hello Samsung Community,

I am writing to report a persistent issue with my Samsung Galaxy M52 5G. Recently, I noticed green and pink lines appearing on the display of my device. These lines seem to show up randomly, causing significant discomfort while using the phone. I have tried restarting the phone and even resetting the display settings, but the issue persists.

This problem is especially frustrating given that the device is not physically damage, and it’s affecting the overall user experience. I would appreciate any advice or solutions from the community or Samsung team on how to fix this, as it seems to be a hardware issue.

At first it was only one green line but after few days it become 2 pink line and I have consult with your service center and customer care but no one give
me any clear explanation and solutions regarding this problem

This problem came after just an software update which cost in affecting user's overall experience

Has anyone else faced a similar problem? Is this a known issue with a potential fix or solution?

Looking forward to your support.

Thank you!

Green line is a signal like Lakshmn Rekha..

Overheating, using the phone while charging,
Playing games continuously..

Over using phone, sleeping with phone also make a battery bumb.

Line shows that you are overused phone, your attachment towards phone is high.

Ok, our expectations is very high..

But internal battery bump kills display too,

Smart Phone=Computer..

Even over using a computer also kills hardware..

You should take a break at least 15 to 30 minutes after playing games, video call,
Browsing YouTube or other video apps.. especially in summer or hot environment.

After charging is complete, don't use the phone, wait for at least 10 minutes.

For any system update, choose cool time, remove back cover, don't do any system updates in charging mode, before update charge phone to 85 % the wait 15 minutes without using phone.., see weather and temperature..
If room temperature is 36+ then avoid update.

30 degree temperature is better for system updates.

And after the update is completed, leave the phone alone for 1 hour.
