Green Line issue in Samsung Galaxy M52 5G

I had updated my samsung M52 5G in June after that update my phones screen shows a green line. At first i thought it is due to some bug in the update and must be solved after another update. But after waiting for so long there is no update regarding this problem. And also the no. of green lines on my phone started increasing gradually and now my phone has 5 green and a pink line on my device. All these lines comes after the update only, before that my phone is working absolutely perfect. And now when i went to the Samsung service centre to resolve this problem the service executive is saying that your phone is out of warranty and we cannot replace your phone's screen you have to pay for the replacement which cost around 7000 to 8000 but if you have purchased a S series phone than the screen replacement is free of cost. It means that Samsung only cares about the customers who had purchased S series phones and they doesn't value the customers who had purchase other phones from them, the problems of customers other than S series phone holders are useless for Samsung. I am an old Samsung user and my family is using 3 Samsung devices i suggest Samsung to focus on mid range phone holders as their problem is genuine there are many other Samsung M52 devices facing the same problem of green line issue. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and provide a free screen replacement as it is due to the inferior quality of your screen you have provided in your phones.

Hi Aryan, this is great that you raised your query here, I am also getting same greenline issue which now becomes white actually. I raised the same query because Samsung store people telling that I have to pay 7k rupees of amount to resolve the damage SAMSUNG created in our phone by giving some updates or whatever. Anyways, just put a comment over here of whatever the response you get from SOPHISTICATED samsung support team members. Because in reponse to the query I raised that just told me that I have to replace my phone's display and I need to pay for it.

There is only one option left now. Go to your nearest service centre ask them to create a job sheet and mention in that they will not replace the screen beside it was the fault of the company's software update and file a complaint in the consumer forum. I am also going to do this because that are just wasting our time and doing nothing to resolve this issue.
