Purple Screen in Samsung M21 2021 Edition

I purchased m21 2021 mobile on 1/11/2021 on 16/072022 i went to sleep my phone was kept on the table in a good condition with no issue. Morning when I wokeup i saw some purple tint in the mobile screen. I told the same to customer care they guided me to the service center. Service center people told me that usually it is not covered under the warranty.

This particular mobile i have a very limited usage. I have never dropped it not there have been any thing with the phone but all of a sudden the issue is occuring. They say it is a physical damage but i don't understand when there is no visible impact or damage to outside how the same can occur in the internal screen. Its utterly disappointing to say that this is fooling to customer. The conditions shall be stated clearly. Its just like using legal terms againstt the customer.

Some other users have also reported this same issue on this app where a purple spot appeared on their phone out of no where and I think this is due to the update samsung is pushing so I would advise you to get screenshots of other people facing same issue (this can be done by scrolling the page or searching for key words like purple, screen damage etc. in this app) and talk to them and send a mail to key persons of samsung like samsung india head and if samsung doesn't help you then the last option would be to go to consumer court.

They will refuse because most of the time it is the user because of whom the display gets damaged. But in this case many people are complaining about same problem and that too after updating their phone which makes you think that something is wrong with update as it is impossible that so many people got their phone damaged accidentally.

Did you use any cleaning agents like sanitizers or wet wipes on your device? Because what I know is that it is not possible for a device to grow purple spots without any kind of external interference.

No Bhai if would have used any why would i be so sure about my complaint. Further i have also read about the same issues raised by other. They say ki jerk lga hoga ya press hoga thats just impossible to get mobile kaam karne ke liya hai ussey kasrat thodi hi karte hain

Baat toh sahi kaha hai, but maine jitne bhi cases dekhe hai, sab mei userki hi galti thi, but phir bhi ek kaam karo, kuch screenshots gather karlo iss issue ke (community mei mil jayega, bas thoda search karna) aur service center mei jaake batao ki the issue is really widespread and you deserve a free replacement. Agar hua toh achi baat hai, agar nahi hua toh revert back to me aur phir aage ka dekhenge. But ho jana chahiye.
