I have purchased m30s in january 2020 and last week media speaker volume reduced at  the level of ear peice. After restart it got normal. Again yesterday night all of a sudden again volume reduced but no luck this time..due to lockdown cant reach service center and no voice care no chat support..Help me resove this

Go to your Phone 's Settings/go to general management/go to reset/go to Accessibllty.done it.

Go to your phone and go to app and click 3dots in right side of display and show System app and search sound alive and sound picker and force stop it and re start phone.

Check device in Safe Mode.
1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.
