Proximity sensor issue in Galaxy M52 5G

Initially when i bought the M52 last month it was working fine but few days ago it got an update and after that the proximity is sensor is working very badly it works when i take my phone near to my ears but when i take it away from my ears the screen does not wake up then i have to reboot the phone. Please fix this issue asap....

Yes but it is not covering the proximity sensor and i can see the proximity sensor clearly when it turns on. Second thing when i reboot my mobile it works fine for some time then if border would be the problem then it should not work at all. Please  correct me if i am wrong..

I asked you bcoz I had same problem ... then I realized it was the screen guard...

Ok but my screen guard borders are very thin and not covering the sensor.

S20 fe doesn't have proximity sensor, M52 does have proximity sensor.
