Phone freeze and restart automatically after update

Hello guys,

Country name - India

Device - Samsung Galaxy M31s.

I am facing a weird problem where my smartphone keep hanging and restarting automatically after I have installed update on 7th March 2022. Please do let me know if someone else is also facing the same issue aur is it just me.

If somebody knows the fix then please do let me know.

PS :- I Have replaced motherboard for 8740 Rs and now the problem is solved.

Please once factory reset your phone. It helps to fixing bugs and software glitch after software upgradation. Mast backup your all data before this reseting

Thanks for the response. But I think samsung has done something which is causing this issue. Hope in the next update they will solve this issue.

Yes u have to go to service center and replace the motherboard

I have done factory reset, but still the issue remains. Waiting for next update. If it is not solved then will visit service center. Thanks anyway for trying to help.

Okay cool ..because I went to service center..got my software checked and updated but the phone still came up with the same problem.
