One UI is useless for basic needs on budget device

FOR instance let me compare galaxy m21 2021 , Galaxy F15 (RELEASED LAST YEAR) & GALAXY F06.

What changed

Many things

But one thing hasn't changed at all I am unable to record the screen and add multiple users even after having OneUI7 based on Android 15.

Low range devices and mid range have less features given ,

Samsung doesn't give many features to its budget range as compared to other Chinese phones. But Samsung also doesn't show ads, unlike some Chinese counterparts.
