One UI-3 Update - Not for M30?

Samsung is releasing One UI-3 update for Android 11.

In eligible models list for these updates (Android 11 as well as One UI-3) Samsung Galaxy M30 is not listed.

As far as I remember, M30 (not A30)was launched with android 8.0, so it has already recieved 2 major OS updates and won't get any more major OS updates
