Dear Sir My Mobile Galaxy M31 doesn't support OTG,

Charging and System Data Transferring working good.

Only OTG Not Supporting.

Nope M31 doesn't support OTG as its a budget device. Mark as solution if it works.

But my M20 supports otg.I use otg using my dad's Note9's Usb connector.

Use good quality OTG.it will work..better to use SAMSUNg OTG cable or adaptor..Mine having the same issue..but it resolved..

I'll try to 2 OTG connector and 4 pendrive but not working.

That is strange issue, because almost every phone from m series supports otg.

Personally used a sandisk dual pd and working fine ( M30s)
