Galaxy M*Hardware-Related Checks*
1. *Check the OTG (On-The-Go) cable*: Ensure you're using a compatible OTG cable. Try using a different OTG cable to rule out any issues with the current one.
2. *Inspect the pen drive*: Verify that the pen drive is functioning correctly by trying it on another device.
3. *Check the device's USB port*: Ensure the USB port on your Galaxy M32 is clean and free of debris.
*Software-Related Checks*
1. *Enable OTG support*: Go to _Settings_ > _Connected devices_ > _USB OTG_ and toggle it on.
2. *Check storage settings*: Go to _Settings_ > _Storage_ and ensure that the "External storage" option is enabled.
3. *Restart your device*: Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues.
*Additional Troubleshooting Steps*
1. *Try a different file system*: If your pen drive is formatted with a file system other than FAT32 or exFAT, try reformatting it to one of these compatible file systems.
2. *Use a file explorer app*: Install a file explorer app like ES File Explorer or Solid Explorer, which can help you access the pen drive's contents.
3. *Reset your device's storage settings*: Go to _Settings_ > _Storage_ > _Menu (three dots)_ > _Reset storage settings_.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may want to consider visiting a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.
