Yesterday I was traveling on this Highway. At a stop I was checking location. The result is in screenshot. It was showing me in some other area instead of Highway. Recenter option had been selected and a common problem with M30S is GPS signal lost. 

3rd class phone M30S.

Before starting please update Google map with wi fi on and check your location and start.

already updated. Nothing is changed. Same problem in many M series phones.

I have complained for this problem for a million times.. when I bought this device it was good but after two months it went like that.. it never works if you are inside any kind of vehicle

already done, not a Google Map's problem. It is in Samsung itself.

Visited Service Center, they done all possible efforts but no results. This is a software problem and Samsung is not ready to listen/sort out the issue.

yes. they advice me to call on toll free for any problem and another surprise is that Customer care have no idea about this matter.

Please be assured and perform following methods to resolve the issue:-

 

1) Check device in safe mode - Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.
To enter in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears>Press and hold the power off icon.
To Exit safe mode: Restart the device.

 

2) Reset the Device :- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset :- Settings>General Management>Reset

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
