Problems faced after update, 
 1. Battery draining fast. 
 2. Navigation is not working.
 3. GPS signal lost even in open space.
 4. Location not accurate most of the time. 5. Charging time increased. 
 6. Phone heat up near to ear piece area after some time of usage. 
7. Screen freezes at any time.
8 . Some time buttons does not work.
9 . Applications hangs in between.
10. Bluetooth-automatically ON some time. Wi Fi is working in other phones but not in M30S, restart is rhe option.
11. Phone hangs in between when using multiple applications, Power button is need to be press for a moment to get back in normal.
12. Some time phone becomes slow and only option is switch OFF or ON the phone. 

13. This a routine exercise to switch OFF or ON the phone.


Feedback complaint by email, errors report forwarded many times, but every time Samsung provide pre written tips and tricks.

 Tips and tricks provided by Samsung to overcome these problems are waste of time. It seems Samsung never works on Software so no hope for remedies in future.

Many consumers like you, facing problem basically after installing new updates from Samsung. I think that this may be secret policy of Samsung including incorporating some bugs in their update so that old series mobile user can buy new series set.
As per my opinion, you can directly email to Samsung CEO or make complaint to Consumer Court.
I am also facing Battery draining and Charging problem in M31.

Already done. Replied with fixed pre written answers . One of my friend visited the service center but nothing has changed , except suffering due to Samsung.

Yes. Two times in a month. One as suggested by Samsung and second time just three days ago because phone is not working properly.( screen freezing, back key was not working, Location was not updating.......)

Check issue in safe mode.If issue aren't occuring in safe mode then there might be some 3rd party apps causing issues.

Wipe cache data from recovery mode and check issue.

Perform a factory reset after major update.

If that doesn't help then it might be bugs in recent update.So wait for a bug fix update.👍

As per as the feedback from group of users facing this problem regarding getting freeze in home screen or switching apps or closing opening apps was solved by installing 3rd party launcher like nova launcher as default. Those who did reset factory can try changing default launcher.

For heating issue keep phone in medium power saving capping cpu usage to 70%. For battery draining issue turn off adaptive brightness as using front camera as virtual light sensor consumes significant amounts of power similar to screen.

And last don't use gesture navigation.

You mentioned every problem that M30s has after the android 10 update. I appreciate your effort, great job. Hope so samsung fix this. I an also facing similar problems. I also know that if i mail them , they are gonna say that use phone in safe mode, factory reset, optimize using device care, which after all are completely waste of time.
I am also confused between oneplus 7t and galaxy S10 lite after all this behaviour I am afraid of buying S10 lite.
