Navigation bar and notification pane issue

Everytime I open a video in full screen view on YouTube I come across this problem.

The notification pane and the navigation bar just goes out of my screen after I exit from the full screen view on YouTube.

Anybody faced this issue after upgrading to One UI 3 in Galaxy M30s???

Samusung Team please look into this issue and fix this asap
