Hello i am Samsung m31s user having One ui core 4.1 and security update upto Jan 2024. From last 2 days i came across issue regarding frequent hanging of my phone which includes
1. Notification panel not sliding down
2. Navigation Buttons not responding
3. System UI crash error showing
4. Phone is not opening on single tap.
5. Phone is getting hang is remained unused for some time and during this time if any phone comes then unable to pick up the same.
As you are facing multiple issues on your device, kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
