Native Automatic call recording stopped working on M30s

Hello everyone,

I'm a user of M30s and from today onwards I started noticing that automatic call recording function is not working on my phone and at the same time it can record voice without any problem. I'm on Android 9 and software not support wifi calling. I tried

> clear the catch of the phone app and call recorder app.

> once again turn on and off the automatic call recording function.

> Restarted the phone.

>checked the call recorder's permission.

As of now, nothing works. Does anybody have the same problem as I have or if anyone knows how to fix this I'll be grateful please help me as it is very important for me, and please don't suggest restore or factory reset your device. See the attached screenshots.

Clear data of call settings
or
are you using true caller or similar aaps
or
perform normal phone reset settings once
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
or
perform reset apps preferences

yes, I'm using true caller. Does it have any effect on it?

Yeah sometimes..turn it off and check..or if its really needed app then try other steps first..

As soon as I uninstall true caller it started working normally. Thanks a ton ❤

Why didn't you update to Android 10?

it's so buggy and till now, they didn't push any update to iron out the issues.

Ok, I get it. And yes, resetting app preferences solves these kinds of issues.

Truecaller stops some functions of calling apps, that's why I never personally use or recommend it.

I think you can use true caller. But voice recording will work with default samsung dialer only.
So don't set true caller as default dialer.
