Native Automatic call recording stopped working on M30s

Hello everyone,

I'm a user of M30s and from today onwards I started noticing that automatic call recording function is not working on my phone and at the same time it can record voice without any problem. I'm on Android 9 and software not support wifi calling. I tried

> clear the catch of the phone app and call recorder app.

> once again turn on and off the automatic call recording function.

> Restarted the phone.

>checked the call recorder's permission.

As of now, nothing works. Does anybody have the same problem as I have or if anyone knows how to fix this I'll be grateful please help me as it is very important for me, and please don't suggest restore or factory reset your device. See the attached screenshots.

yes, I know that. That's why I specifically mentioned my phone doesn't support wifi calling. Anyway thanks for the response 🤜🤛

u need flash your phone with official updated stock rom once via odin mode...it can only solve all issue....

is this a custom rom ?
