This isn't true..whenever it will true then you will have notification for this..And inhouse app any company doesn't close probably untill govt interfere

You need to update this one from sim card manager ..this will show only if u have restarted your device ..

Yes..Directly u will get stable one ui 8.5 (it's best decision taken by samsung for sd devices)Yes bsnl have network limitation or just go and check sim manager setting and update sim network then try again..
