My Samsung started to hang after one update, and then after the the next one it started to keep shutting off, sometimes restarting, sometimes just turning off. Battery started to overheat to an extreme level. I have tried to find a service center (in Kuwait), that was another adventure.
I did all I could; virus scan, removing unnecessary apps, clearing cache, removing all files, photoes... Still the same. Last resort, factory reset, everything is still the same. It was perfect before the 2 latest updates, and it's unusable since then, and it is so very frustrating. ☹️
