My m31 stuck on samsung logo at boot 

Visited Service center 

They say motherboard issue 

Replacement needed

How come motherboard issue on software update

Samsung India pushes half-baked software updates to damage phones and the replacement parts are so expensive that Samsung India wins Rs.10k with every motherboard change. It's business part, never Samsung again.
