I bought two phones, the Samsung F41 and M21. Sadly, both stopped working after 1 and 1.5 years because of motherboard problems, a common issue.

Now, I'm thinking about getting the M34. Has anyone had similar problems with it? I'm scared to buy again because fixing the motherboard costs more than half the phone's price.

If you use the M34, can you share your experience? Samsung hasn't officially addressed the problems, but they're saying the M34 will get updates for four years. I'm not sure if the Exynos 1280 processor will last that long.

My F41 and M21 were a headache. After just one update, they got stuck in a restart loop. What do you think?

See it actually man to man varies. I have seen many using phones having Exynos and they haven't faced any issue till now.

I personally use M53 since sept 2022 which is having Mediatek Dimensity 900 as chipset. Till now my phone has been working very smoothly (touchwood) but I have seen many facing issues who are using this phone.

So I said it man to man varies. But what I can suggest u is that, if you are having doubt on Exynos then u can try out some other samsung phones having a different type of chipset.

I hope my suggestion will be of any use to you!

Yes, I can appreciate your suggestion, but the only issue is the auto-restart problem (motherboard problem). The problem has been occurring after 10 months or after warranty period (after a major update in my opinion).

Even when I visited the service center, it is a serious problem customers are facing after the warranty period. If you have not seen any issues, I suggest you search for M series or F series motherboard issues based on 9611 processors in our Samsung community or anywhere on social media apps like YouTube and Twitter.

Almost all users are facing it. In my home, two are facing the same issue, and my friend recently got the same issue. So, I have trust issues whether to buy or not. I have good trust in Samsung mobiles, but till now, it has been 2.5 years, and Samsung has not officially provided any solution.

For my old variant, I have replaced the motherboard two times, but still, the same problems occurred. Now, replacement with my money costs nearly 8k for just a 15k mobile.

Except for this, the features, service, and Samsung One UI are just amazing.
So, I am afraid to buy another mobile.

Tbh a friend of mine who has a good knowledge regarding technology and gadgets told me once before I bought M53 that Exynos isn't up to the mark.

I do understand your current situation, so the last thing that I can say is that avoid buying a phone having Exynos. Infact if possible spend some more money beyond ur budget and buy a phone having some other chipset.

Have you experienced any issues such as freezing, lagging, or overheating? Or encountered restart loops?

Can you tell me how many months ago you purchased your M34 mobile phone?
