yeah...galaxy M30s I have been using it for 2years .I updated in october from then there were many issues like auto restarting frequently like 15-20 times a day, which was very annoying and after few weeks it used to get stuck in boot loop for hours. I thought these would be resolved by new software update.

But now my phone is stuck in boot loop for 3 days. even If I reach service service ,will the issue will be resolved??

Definitely no, it requires motherboard replacement which cost 5-8k blah...blah...blah...

I have been using this brand for almost 8-9year. This is big let down by SAMSUNG with faulty chipset Exynos 9611, faulty motherboard, over the top update.

Never gonna try to get this brand again.

Well I moved from xiaomi due to the exact same boot loop issue. So we have cancelled two brands. What is left one plus? Oh no too many blasts. Realme..wait my frnds phone got stuck on realme logo. So we have cancelled 2 more. What's left now?
The thing is every brands have got issues.
Now I know this Exynos 9611 issue is unacceptable and Samsung needs to do something. And they are doing it too.You just need to contact the Samsung support before going to the service center. I will give you proof. Just check out the link.

See, the issue is not with the processor or the motherboard, its entirely the software update. Check the post linked by Sidharth and you will get some insight on this topic and how to resolve it, potentially for free.

Dear, Under the circumstances explained above, it is seen that Ur device has to be inspected by an Authorised Service Centre urgently. Hence, contact them.

Not all Exynos 9611 phones. No issues in Samsung Galaxy A51 ( Exynos 9611 ). Exynos 9611 is good for gaming
