M30s freez .hanging. restart problem

All m30s have same problem.motherboard problem.it cost 8500.my mobile is hardy 1yr old.samsung r u using duplicate hardware

Once this problem started, it can't be solved via software update. You can go to service center and ask them to downgrade the firmware. Then it will be solved. But remember. Don't update the phone again. This problem may occur again.
If this solution doesn't work, then you have to buy a new phone instead of wasting money on new motherboard.

Not 100% solution. This may work or may not. You can also change the motherboard. Changing motherboard is 100% solution. But you can try other ways that may work.

It is because of last software update, we can't do anything. Samsung is also ignoring us.

This issue have been reported here a number of times by others too.

Samsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.

Never choose samsung again.
