M30S restarts automatically and frequently

I am using this M30S since last one year. Two days back I it hang up while I was using whatsapp. Thereafter it started rebooting every now and then. Took support through whatsapp from the official samsung whatsapp support. But problem not resolved. Plz help.

no not at all, they say its a motherboard issue.

just call the customer care and register  your complaint, It's motherboard damage. I have called to customer care and they said they don't have any complaints regarding this restart and freezing problem in M30s from any customer. So, just register your complaint to make this issue visible in their eyes. and get some solution.
