M21 automatic restart problem

The restart problem occurs frequently. What I do for this restart problem, no response from customer care

Samsung never give a solution for this, when you reach to Samsung service center, they say Mother board need to replace and they will charge the huge amount in that we get New mobile better go with new mobile if you want to use samung then choose snapdragon processor mobile.

what happens is... When the phone is not properly updated it tries to Restart automatically.. so just update your phone fully from all the aspects and then the problem will be solved

Go to settings and type restart..and then go to auto restart at set times... Just check whether it has any timings or no.. just to make sure

Bro am not set this timers for automatic restart. My mobile getting freeze and hang while using then it restarts
