M21 automatic restart problem

The restart problem occurs frequently. What I do for this restart problem, no response from customer care

your phone might have lost internet while downloading updates due to which the update might not have been completed and it automatically restarts . I also use an M21 but never faced such issues

are u facing this issue regularly . if yes then do visit device centre with your warranty card . they will replace motherboard free of cost

I was facing the same problem. Please visit the Samsung service center and tell them to thoroughly check the device. In my case they changed the motherboard of my phone. So now its working smoothly.
