Issue with Remaster Feature on Samsung M35 5G

Hello Samsung Team,

I am using the Samsung Galaxy M35 5G, and I want to share feedback regarding the Remaster feature in the Gallery app. I have noticed that the Remaster function only works properly on self-captured images (photos taken using the phone camera). However, it does not work on images that I receive via WhatsApp or other apps.

In today's time, many important pictures are shared through WhatsApp and social media, so it would be great if the Remaster feature supports all images, not just the ones clicked by the phone's camera.

I request the team to kindly look into this issue and improve the feature in future updates.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Update your Gallery app from Galaxy store . The issue is fixed in new update of gallery app.
