How to update android10 to 12 in M30

I have been using Samsung m30 mobile with android 10 version. Some of the applications have stopped working as recommend for android 12. How can we fix this issue. Anybody please help.

Just buy a new one ,if you don't know which one to try buy m35 which comes under 15000
