I have tried to open the boot menu and wiped the cache partition and restarted my phone and now I am getting 5G for Jio. Try if it works for you.

Tried that. Still not working

Put your sim card on any other 5g mobile and open Myjio app on that mobile and activate..after that pit it back to your mobile.. it will work..
