Sir,
I want to bring to your notice the poor service offered by Samsung service centres in India. I bought a Galaxy M30s and recently faced some issues of bootlooping in my device which in under full warranty.
Regarding this issue I visited the service centre here at Kanpur and the officials there asked me to deposit the device and said that currently the motherboard which needs to be replaced is not available and if Samsung fails to provide the spare part on time they'll hand me a refund coupon.

Now after depositing the device they handed me a acknowledgement slip/job sheet which got cancelled the very same day in the evening.
due to unavailability of the Motherboard.Now I tried to contact the service centre 2days later as they didn't provide any information about the further steps.

Upon calling the service centre they asked me to submit my documents with original box contents and bills. The very next day I went there and deposited all the documents. Now instead of raising a refund request they handed me another job sheet telling that they'll repeat the entire process again and asked me to wait for another 20 days.

This was a very annoying step. The service centre officials always make a false promise. Sir being a student i have to 4-5 online classes each day as I am preparing for the prestigious civil services exam and I need a device to do so but this slow pace of service is causing me a great inconvenience in the covid era. Sir, they haven't told me whether my device will be repaired or a refund would be initiated and also have given a very long time frame due to which I am experiencing great loss in my studies.

I bought a Samsung device considering the good after sale services but alas the reality is very different.Even cheap Chinese brands here offer better service. This kind of service can never promise customer satisfaction.

Sir, please consider my matter and help me in solving this problem.i will be highly obliged. Please sir it's a humble request.

You should have tried another nearby service center too.. Actually from my experience it is not service center problem but some arrogant employees.. Even in same service center one was good where other give irrelevant answers.. So, better try in another service center as you said service sheet is already closed from this you can happily go to another.. This is one option. Or else ask them that you can't wait that many days and need refund coupon or replacement device.. In rare cases they agree to 2nd proposal and give replacement device immediately.. Also mail Samsung service head idk exact mail.. If you think issue still getting delayed there is always an alternative solution of complaint in consumer forum.
