Jio 5G not working on m53

As the title suggests 5g stopped working yesterday night with Jio sim. I did network reset. Did multiple restarts. Removed the sim card and re-inserted it. Still not working. 

Network mode is set to auto

Data roaming is turned on

Network operators is set to "select automatically"

5g was working till yesterday night, since it stopped I'm not able get it to work. With the same sim card on a different phone, 5g works with no issues. Contacted samsung support on WhatsApp. They said I would be contacted but there has been no call.

Please, need help.

First tell me which is your other phone on which you have tested that 5G is working fine?

Most probably it is the network issue, install NetMonester app and then send screenshot from both phone with 5G auto settings on from same location.

The other phone is iphone 12 pro max. Let me install netmonster app and do that

I don't see a netmonster app on ios. Is there an alternative app?
