I have updated my M31S to 1 Nov 2021 patch on 26 Dec 2021 and after that updation, phone hangs and gets restarted frequently. Seems various other users also facing the same issue. How to resolve this? Samsung, could you please look into the issue?

I have visited a service centre and they are iterating the same motherboard issue. Purchased this mobile 1 year and 2 months back so missed the warranty by 2 months. Samsung should look and provide a replacement or repair free of cost as it happened due to update provided by samsung.

There must be a widespread issue related to M31S update. Samsung must release an official statement regarding this and provide motherboard replacement free of cost or with some discount.

You will not get any solutions from Samsung, from community or from anywhere because this problem has no solution and Samsung doesn't give a **bleep** about this. Don't let go of your peace of mind because of this, hope this issue will get solved automatically somehow, use it until you can after the phone becomes unusable through it away and purchase a new other brand phone.
