The file that shows "Other" here, basically what is this file ???? Where or how to get this file ???? What is basically stored in this file ???? And; Is there any way to delete this file ???? Or even if deleted, will there be any damage to the phone ????? Looking forward to the opinions of experts.

This. Other. is for app/system cache and for cache files.

Erasing them will remove all your apps data like save file, settings and browser data

This other thing is composed of critical app data, app cache, root files etc. which are important to run all apps and the phone properly. You can't remove this.

This other consist of various app data and backup files.
In most common situations such large file sizes are due to whatsapp local backup.
Manually delete whatsapp backup files from whatsapp folder if you have a real need to get additional space.
